Last updated: 12 June, 2026
These Website Terms govern access to and use of the Qore website, including publicly available content, informational material, contact forms, and related website functionality.
By accessing or using the Qore website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Information provided on the Qore website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute engineering advice, insurance advice, legal advice, financial advice, or regulatory certification unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and current information, Qore makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of website content.
These terms apply to the use of Qore’s digital reporting environments, client portals, and associated data access features used to deliver our engineering assessments.
Qore’s digital environments may be used only for lawful and authorized business purposes, primarily to access, review, and store the engineering and condition assessment reports provided to you by Qore.
Unauthorized activities are prohibited, including attempts to bypass security controls, unauthorized access to systems or data, misuse of sensitive information, distribution of malicious software, or activities that interfere with platform functionality or security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You agree to provide accurate and lawfully obtained information and to ensure that any uploaded data has been properly authorized for use and disclosure.
Qore handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the platform, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, transmitted, and stored as part of normal software and service functionality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
Qore makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous system availability. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, connectivity issues, cyber security events, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect platform availability.
These Professional Services Terms apply to engineering services, RPEQ assessments, inspections, condition assessments, reports, technical reviews, infrastructure risk assessments, maintenance planning, and related consulting services provided by Qore.
Engineering assessments, reports, recommendations, and technical opinions involve professional judgement based on available information, observable conditions, applicable standards, and assumptions at the time of assessment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing: inspections are visual and non-destructive in nature; concealed, inaccessible, underground, or energized components may not be fully inspected; findings are limited to conditions observable at the time of inspection; assessments may rely partly on information or documentation provided by clients or third parties; and services are performed subject to agreed scope limitations, access conditions, and available documentation.
Under no circumstances do Qore’s professional services include physical electrical installation, physical operation of switchgear, repair work, or 'Design and Construct' (D&C) activities.
Qore is not responsible for defects, failures, deterioration, or conditions that were not reasonably identifiable within the agreed scope of services.
Qore does not provide insurance advice, underwriting advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Any references to insurance outcomes, underwriting considerations, premiums, excesses, insurability, claims mitigation, or risk reduction are general in nature only and remain subject to insurer, broker, underwriting, operational, and market factors outside Qore’s control.
Qore does not guarantee future compliance status, future system performance, insurance outcomes or premium reductions, prevention of failures, outages, or incidents, continuous operations, or avoidance of losses, claims, or operational disruption. Recommendations and assessments should be considered together with ongoing maintenance practices, operational management, and independent professional advice where appropriate.
Reports, recommendations, and engineering assessments prepared by Qore are intended solely for the client identified in the engagement documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing. No third party may rely upon Qore reports or recommendations without Qore’s prior written consent. Qore accepts no responsibility to third parties for any loss, liability, damage, or decision arising from unauthorized reliance on its reports or services.
Clients remain responsible for ongoing maintenance and operational decisions, implementation of recommendations, regulatory compliance obligations, safety management practices, and obtaining independent legal, insurance, financial, or operational advice where appropriate. Qore’s services are intended to support informed decision-making and do not replace the client’s own responsibilities or obligations.
References to standards, methodologies, guidelines, or frameworks, including AS/NZS standards, ISO standards, IEEE methodologies, NFPA guidance, and asset management principles, are provided for general reference purposes only. Such references do not imply certification, accreditation, regulatory approval, or full compliance unless expressly stated in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qore provides its website, platform, reports, and services on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Qore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, reputational damage, insurance outcomes, operational downtime, or data loss arising from the use of its services.
To the extent permitted by law, Qore’s total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to its services shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Qore reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website, platform, or services where these terms have been breached, unlawful activity is suspected, or continued access may create operational, legal, or security risks.
Qore may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the website, platform, or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
